General Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except:

Refunds are NOT provided for:

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no partial refund is provided for unused time in that period.

Statutory Withdrawal Rights (EU/EEA and UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, as set out in Paddle's own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. This right does not apply once you have started using the Service within that 14-day period, if you agreed to immediate access at checkout.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing error, contact us at [email protected]. You may also contact Paddle directly, since Paddle processes the underlying transaction as Merchant of Record.

For full billing terms, see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
