⚖️ BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT
THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND TEACHTIME.
By creating an account, accessing, or using TeachTime (the "Service"),
you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms," "ToS," or
"Agreement"). These Terms incorporate by reference the TeachTime Privacy
Policy and all related policies.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE
SERVICE.

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1 Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:

"TeachTime," "we," "us," "our" refers to the
operators and developers of the TeachTime application

"Service" means the TeachTime software application,
website, platform, and all related services
-
"User," "you," "your" means any individual or entity
accessing or using the Service
-
"Teacher" means a user who creates a teacher account
to manage students and lessons
-
"Student" means a user with student-level access
created by a Teacher
-
"Parent" means a user with parent-level access who
manages child profiles
-
"Account" means your user account on the Service
-
"Content" means any data, text, files, information,
or materials uploaded, submitted, or transmitted through the Service
-
"Subscription" means paid access to premium features
of the Service
-
"Pro Plan" means the paid subscription tier with
enhanced features
-
"Free Plan" means the basic tier with limited
features (if applicable)
1.2 Interpretation

Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation
- Singular includes plural and vice versa
- "Including" means "including but not limited to"

References to "days" mean calendar days unless otherwise specified
1.3 Universal Application
These Terms apply equally to ALL users of the Service,
regardless of:
- Your account type (teacher, student, parent)
- Your profession or industry
- How you choose to use the Service
- The terminology used throughout these Terms
References to "teachers," "students," "lessons," or "educational
services" are illustrative examples only.
ALL provisions—including indemnification, liability limitations, and
prohibited uses—apply to EVERY user without exception.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Age and Capacity Requirements
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, OR

Be at least 13 years of age with verifiable parental consent, OR
-
Be accessing as a parent or legal guardian of a minor student
You represent and warrant that:
-
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
-
All registration information you submit is accurate and current
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information
2.2 Account Types
Teacher Accounts:
-
Primary account holder responsible for all activity
- Creates and manages student accounts
- Responsible for subscription payments
- Controls all data within their tenant
Student Accounts:
- Created and managed by Teachers
- Limited access to personal schedule and data
- Login credentials provided by Teacher
- Subject to Teacher's policies
Parent Accounts:
- May manage multiple child profiles
- Can also function as student (dual role)
- Responsible for children's use of the Service
2.3 Account Registration
When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Maintain and update your information
- Not impersonate any person or entity

Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Not transfer or sell your account
2.4 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities under your account

Immediately notifying TeachTime of unauthorized access
- Using strong, unique passwords
- Not sharing credentials with unauthorized persons
TeachTime is not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized
account access.
2.5 Teacher Representations and Warranties Regarding Minor Students and
Child Privacy Laws
IF YOU ARE A TEACHER CREATING STUDENT ACCOUNTS FOR MINORS (UNDER 18
YEARS OF AGE), YOU EXPLICITLY REPRESENT, WARRANT, COVENANT, AND AGREE
THAT:
2.5.1 Age Verification

You have verified and confirmed the age of each
student under 18 years of age before creating their account or
entering any personal information into the Service
-
You maintain accurate records of each student's date of birth
-
You will immediately correct any age information that is discovered to
be inaccurate
2.5.2 Parental Consent Requirement
YOU HAVE OBTAINED AND CURRENTLY MAINTAIN VERIFIABLE PARENTAL
CONSENT
from the parent or legal guardian of EACH student under 18 years of age
BEFORE:
- Creating a student account for that minor
-
Entering any personal information about that minor into the Service
-
Collecting, using, or disclosing any personal data of that minor
through the Service
2.5.3 Compliance with Child Privacy Laws
You explicitly represent and warrant that your collection and processing
of minor students' personal information through the Service complies
with ALL applicable child data protection and privacy laws, including
but not limited to:

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
(United States)
-
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Articles 6
and 8 (European Union)
-
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provisions
regarding minors (California)
-
Children's Privacy Protection Act and similar laws in
your jurisdiction
-
Any other applicable federal, state, local, or international laws
regarding children's privacy
2.5.4 Form and Adequacy of Parental Consent
You represent and warrant that the parental consent you obtained:

Is in writing (physical or electronic signature)
-
Is verifiable and authentic (not forged or
fraudulent)
-
Identifies the specific child by name
-
Authorizes the specific data collection and use
contemplated by the Service
-
Meets the requirements of COPPA, GDPR, and all other
applicable laws
-
Is current and has not been withdrawn by the parent
or guardian
2.5.5 Record Retention and Production
You agree to:
-
Maintain complete and accurate records of all
parental consent forms for the duration of the child's use of the
Service and for a minimum of
three (3) years thereafter
-
Immediately provide copies of parental consent forms
to TeachTime upon request (within 48 hours)
-
Immediately provide evidence of age verification to
TeachTime upon request
-
Cooperate fully with any TeachTime investigation or
audit regarding child privacy compliance
2.5.6 Immediate Notification of Consent Withdrawal
You agree to:

Immediately notify TeachTime if any parent or
guardian withdraws consent for their child's data processing
-
Immediately cease entering or updating any
information for that student
-
Request deletion of that student's account and data
from the Service
2.5.7 Acknowledgment of Legal Responsibility
YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

You, not TeachTime, are solely responsible for
obtaining, verifying, and maintaining parental consent
-
TeachTime is not responsible for verifying the
authenticity or adequacy of your parental consent
-
TeachTime relies entirely on your representations
regarding age verification and parental consent
-
You bear all legal liability for any failure to
obtain proper parental consent or comply with child privacy laws
-
Your failure to comply with these requirements is a
material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account
termination
2.5.8 No Teacher? No Student Data for Minors
IF YOU ARE NOT THE CHILD'S TEACHER OR AUTHORIZED EDUCATIONAL
PROVIDER:
You may NOT create student accounts for minors or enter any minor's
personal information into the Service unless you are the child's parent
or legal guardian or have explicit written authorization from the parent
or legal guardian.
2.5.9 Breach and Consequences
Any misrepresentation, false warranty, or breach of this Section 2.5
constitutes:
- A material breach of these Terms

Grounds for immediate termination of your account without refund
- A basis for indemnification under Section 13
- Potential criminal violation of child privacy laws
-
Grounds for legal action by TeachTime, parents, or regulatory
authorities
BY CREATING STUDENT ACCOUNTS FOR MINORS, YOU AFFIRM UNDER PENALTY OF
PERJURY THAT ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES IN THIS SECTION 2.5 ARE
TRUE, ACCURATE, AND COMPLETE.
3. GOVERNING LANGUAGE AND ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENT
3.1 English as Sole Binding Language
ENGLISH IS THE SOLE LEGALLY BINDING LANGUAGE OF THESE TERMS.
By accepting these Terms, you explicitly represent, warrant, and affirm
that:

English Proficiency: You possess sufficient
proficiency in the English language to read, understand, and
comprehend the full meaning and legal implications of these Terms
-
English Version Controls: The English version of
these Terms is the ONLY legally binding version and shall prevail in
all circumstances
-
Translations for Convenience Only: Any translation of
these Terms into any other language is provided solely for convenience
and has NO legal effect whatsoever
-
No Reliance on Translations: You have NOT relied on
any translated version and have reviewed and accepted the English
version
-
Translation Disputes: In the event of any conflict
between the English version and any translated version, the English
version shall control absolutely and without exception
-
Waiver of Translation Rights: You expressly waive any
right to claim that you did not understand these Terms due to language
barriers or lack of translation
3.2 Confirmation Under Penalty of Perjury
By clicking "I Accept," creating an account, or using the Service, you
confirm under penalty of perjury that:

You have read and understood these Terms in English
- You possess adequate English language proficiency
- You agree to be bound by the English version
IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS SUFFICIENT ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY, YOU MUST
NOT USE THE SERVICE.
4. LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS
4.1 Limited License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TeachTime grants you a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable
license to:

Access and use the Service for your personal or business teaching
management purposes

Download and use authorized client applications on devices you own or
control
4.2 License Restrictions
You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
-
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
-
Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Service
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
-
Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers)
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
- Use the Service to compete with TeachTime
- Frame or mirror any part of the Service

Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Service
4.3 Reservation of Rights
TeachTime retains all rights not expressly granted to you. These Terms
do not grant you any intellectual property rights except the limited
license above.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
5.1 TeachTime Ownership
TeachTime owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to:
- The Service and all software, code, and technology
- The TeachTime name, logo, trademarks, and branding

All visual interfaces, graphics, design, and compilation
- All documentation, tutorials, and help content
- All AI models, algorithms, and system designs
-
All modifications, improvements, and derivative works
5.2 Copyright Protection
The Service is protected by:
- United States and international copyright laws
- Other intellectual property rights
5.3 Trademark Usage
You may NOT:

Use TeachTime trademarks, logos, or branding without written
permission
-
Register domain names, social media handles, or business names
confusingly similar to TeachTime
-
Imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with TeachTime without
authorization
5.4 Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to TeachTime:

TeachTime may use them without restriction or compensation
-
You grant TeachTime a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license
-
You waive all intellectual property rights in such feedback
-
TeachTime has no obligation to implement or credit your feedback
6. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
6.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance
with these Terms.
6.2 Prohibited Teacher Conduct
Teachers may NOT:

Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
-
Misrepresent qualifications, credentials, or teaching experience
-
Discriminate against students based on protected characteristics
-
Collect student data beyond what's necessary for teaching purposes
- Share or sell student data to third parties
- Use the Service to violate student privacy rights
-
Violate Section 2.5 child privacy requirements, including:
-
Creating accounts for minors without verifiable parental
consent
-
Failing to verify student ages before entering their
information
-
Violating COPPA, GDPR, CCPA, or other child privacy laws
-
Failing to maintain or provide parental consent records
-
Processing minor student data after parental consent
withdrawal
-
Teach illegal activities or promote harmful content
-
Fail to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with students
-
Use the Service without proper business licenses or permits
-
Violate educational regulations in their jurisdiction
-
Use the Service for healthcare, medical, psychological,
therapeutic, or clinical purposes
-
Collect patient consent, medical records, or protected health
information through the Service
-
Use the Service in any capacity that requires HIPAA compliance or
similar health data regulations
The Service is intended ONLY for general scheduling, lesson
management, tutoring, coaching, and educational purposes.
You may NOT use the Service if you are a healthcare provider (doctor,
nurse, psychologist, therapist, counselor, mental health professional),
medical facility, clinic, or any licensed professional providing
healthcare or clinical services. Use in high-risk, regulated, or
compliance-sensitive contexts is strictly prohibited.
6.3 Prohibited Technical Activities
All users may NOT:
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Impose unreasonable load on infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Bypass security measures or authentication
- Harvest or collect user data without permission

Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
-
Create multiple accounts to abuse features or limits
-
Engage in any activity that harms TeachTime or other users
6.4 Prohibited Content
You may NOT upload, transmit, or store Content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains viruses or harmful code
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
- Promotes violence or illegal activity
- Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights
- Is defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent
6.5 Abuse Prevention Limits
The Service implements abuse prevention limits:
- 5,000 lessons per rolling 365-day period
- 500 group activities per rolling 365-day period
- 50 AI assistant questions per day
- Events only within ±365 days from current date
These limits apply to ALL users regardless of subscription level.
Exceeding limits may result in account suspension.
6.6 Enforcement
TeachTime reserves the right to:
- Investigate violations of these Terms
- Remove or disable access to prohibited Content
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement
- Cooperate with legal proceedings
7. PAYMENT TERMS, BILLING, AND REFUNDS
7.1 Subscription Plans
TeachTime offers:

Pro Plan: Paid monthly subscription via PayPal with
enhanced features
-
Free/Basic Plan: May be available with limited
features (subject to change)
7.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through PayPal. By
subscribing, you agree that:

TeachTime does not store or handle credit card information directly
- You authorize PayPal to charge your payment method
-
You will maintain valid payment information with PayPal
-
You are responsible for all charges to your account
7.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before
the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize:
- Automatic monthly charges to your PayPal account
- Recurring billing until you cancel
- Price adjustments with advance notice
7.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings, OR
- Your PayPal subscription management
Upon cancellation:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing
period

You retain access to Pro features until the billing period ends
-
Your account may revert to Free plan features (if available)
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
7.5 Payment Failures
If payment fails:
- TeachTime will attempt to notify you

You may be given a grace period to update payment information
-
Continued failure may result in downgrade or suspension
- You remain responsible for all outstanding charges
7.6 Price Changes
TeachTime reserves the right to change subscription pricing with:
- At least 30 days advance notice
- Email notification to registered address

Option to cancel before price increase takes effect
7.7 Refund Policy
SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE GENERALLY NON-REFUNDABLE except:
- If required by applicable law
-
At TeachTime's sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances
- For billing errors acknowledged by TeachTime
Refunds are NOT provided for:
- Unused subscription time after cancellation
- Dissatisfaction with Service features
- Failure to use the Service
- Account termination for Terms violations
7.8 Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable:
- Other governmental taxes or fees
Prices do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.
7.9 PayPal Disputes
All payment disputes, chargebacks, and billing issues must be resolved
through:
- PayPal's dispute resolution process
- Communication with PayPal support
- PayPal's terms of service
TeachTime is not responsible for PayPal transaction failures, delays, or
disputes.
7.10 No Revenue Guarantee
TeachTime is a management tool and does NOT guarantee:
- Increased income or business success
- Acquisition of new students
- Student retention or satisfaction
- Any specific business outcomes
8. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE SERVICE TERMS
8.1 Feature Description
TeachTime provides an electronic signature feature allowing Teachers to
collect digital signatures from Students/Parents on policy documents
uploaded by the Teacher.
8.2 Teacher Responsibilities
Teachers using electronic signatures are SOLELY responsible
for:

Legal Compliance: Ensuring electronic signatures
comply with applicable laws (E-SIGN Act, UETA, eIDAS, etc.) in their
jurisdiction
-
Document Content: All content, terms, and conditions
in policy documents uploaded for signature
-
Consent: Obtaining proper informed consent from
signers
-
Disclosure: Providing legally required disclosures
about electronic signatures
-
Record Keeping: Maintaining independent records of
signed documents
-
Accessibility: Ensuring documents are accessible to
users with disabilities
-
Validity: Verifying documents are legally enforceable
in their jurisdiction
8.3 Document Requirements
Electronic signature documents must:
- Be under 2MB in file size
- Be uploaded directly to the Service
- Not contain malicious code or viruses
8.4 Signature Process
When a document is signed:

TeachTime automatically adds a signature page to the PDF
-
The signature page includes: signer name, date, timestamp, signature
image, and IP address
-
The modified PDF is stored on secure cloud storage infrastructure
-
The original PDF format may be altered during this process
8.5 What TeachTime Does NOT Do
TeachTime does NOT:
-
Verify the authenticity or legal validity of uploaded documents
-
Verify the identity of persons providing signatures
-
Guarantee signatures are legally binding in any jurisdiction
- Provide legal advice about signature validity
-
Guarantee permanent storage or retrieval of signed documents
- Ensure compliance with electronic signature laws
8.6 Student/Parent Signature Acknowledgment
By signing a document through the Service, signers acknowledge:

Their identity is not verified beyond possessing the signature link
-
They should independently verify if the signature is legally binding
- Their IP address is recorded and stored
-
Their signature drawing is embedded in the PDF and stored by TeachTime
-
TeachTime provides no legal advice regarding the document
-
They should review documents carefully and seek legal counsel if
needed
-
TeachTime provides this signature feature as a convenience tool only
and makes no representations about its legal sufficiency,
admissibility, or enforceability in any legal proceeding
8.7 Data Storage
Signed documents are stored as:
- PDF files on secure cloud storage infrastructure
- Signature images (PNG format)
- IP addresses and timestamps
- Signer identification information
TeachTime may use third-party cloud storage providers to store signed
documents, subject to their respective security practices and terms of
service.
8.8 No Liability for E-Signature Issues
TeachTime is NOT liable for:
- Disputes over signature validity or authenticity
- Unenforceable or invalid signatures
- PDF corruption or formatting issues
- Loss of signed documents or signature data
- Unauthorized access to signature links
- Failure of signature feature functionality
- Non-compliance with electronic signature laws
- Identity fraud or signature forgery
- Disputes between Teachers and Students/Parents
- Legal consequences of signed document content
8.9 Feature Availability
The electronic signature feature:

May be restricted to specific accounts or subscription levels
-
May be modified, discontinued, or removed at any time
-
Is provided "as-is" without warranty of continuous availability
-
May have usage limits or restrictions at TeachTime's discretion
8.10 Indemnification for E-Signatures
You agree to indemnify TeachTime for all claims arising from:
- Your use of the electronic signature feature
- Documents you upload for signature
- Signatures you collect through the Service

Your failure to comply with electronic signature laws
- Disputes with signers regarding signed documents
9. USER CONTENT AND DATA
9.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of Content you upload to the Service, including:
- Student information and profiles
- Lesson notes and descriptions
9.2 License to TeachTime
By uploading Content, you grant TeachTime a:
- Worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license

To store, process, display, and transmit your Content
- Only as necessary to provide the Service
- Only to you and users you authorize
9.3 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your Content. You
represent and warrant that:
- You own or have rights to all Content you upload
- Your Content does not violate these Terms
- Your Content does not infringe third-party rights
- Your Content complies with applicable laws
9.4 No Liability for User Content
TeachTime is NOT responsible for:
- Accuracy, quality, or legality of your Content
- User-generated data entered by Teachers
- Student information provided by Teachers
- Policy documents uploaded by Teachers
- Communications between Teachers and Students
9.5 Data Backup and Loss
You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your
Content.
TeachTime:
- Implements reasonable backup procedures
- Does NOT guarantee data will never be lost

Is not liable for data loss, corruption, or deletion
- May delete Content according to retention policies
9.6 Data Retention and Deletion
TeachTime may retain Content according to its retention policies:
- Events: Archived after 2 years
- Notifications: Deleted after 90 days

Inactive accounts: Deleted after 24 months of inactivity
- Consent audit trails: Retained indefinitely
Upon account termination, Content may be permanently deleted after a
reasonable period.
9.7 Data Export
You may export your data through the Service. TeachTime is not
responsible for:
- Compatibility of exports with other systems
- Completeness of exported data
- Loss of formatting or relationships in exports
10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
10.1 "As-Is" Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF
ANY KIND.
10.2 No Uptime Guarantee
TeachTime does NOT guarantee:
- 100% uptime or continuous availability
- Uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation
- That defects will be corrected

That the Service is free of viruses or harmful components
10.3 Service Modifications
TeachTime reserves the right to, at any time and without notice:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature

Change the appearance, functionality, or availability of the Service
- Impose usage limits or restrictions
- Update or change pricing or subscription plans
-
Perform maintenance causing temporary interruptions
10.4 No Liability for Modifications
TeachTime is NOT liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Feature changes or removals
- Loss of data during updates
- Incompatibility after modifications
11. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION RIGHTS
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Closing your account through account settings
- Contacting TeachTime support
- Cancelling your subscription
Upon termination by you:
- You remain responsible for all charges incurred
- No refunds for unused subscription time
- Your data may be deleted after a reasonable period
11.2 Termination by TeachTime
TeachTime may immediately suspend or terminate your account, without
notice or liability, for:
- Violation of applicable laws
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity

Abusive conduct toward TeachTime or users
-
Attempting to circumvent usage limits
-
Creating multiple accounts to abuse features
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Extended periods of inactivity

Security threats or malicious activity
-
Intellectual property infringement
- Repeated customer service abuse
-
Any reason at TeachTime's sole discretion
11.3 Suspension Rights
TeachTime may temporarily suspend your account:
- During investigation of Terms violations
- During security incidents or threats
- For payment failures or billing issues
- To prevent harm to TeachTime or other users
11.4 Effects of Termination
Upon termination by either party:

Your license to use the Service immediately terminates
- You must cease all use of the Service
- TeachTime may delete your account and Content

You remain liable for all obligations incurred before termination

Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect
11.5 Survival
The following provisions survive termination:
- Sections 5 (Intellectual Property)
- Section 7 (Payment obligations)
- Section 9 (User Content licenses)
- Section 13 (Indemnification)
- Section 12 (Limitation of Liability)
- Section 16 (Dispute Resolution)
- Section 17 (Consent Logging)

Any other provisions that by their nature should survive
11.6 No Refunds on Termination
If TeachTime terminates your account for Terms violations:
- You forfeit all subscription fees paid
- No refunds will be provided
- You remain liable for all outstanding charges

limitations are an essential basis of the bargain between you and

jurisdictions, TeachTime's liability is limited to the maximum extent

13. INDEMNIFICATION

operators, developers, owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and
agents from and against ANY and ALL:

YOU SPECIFICALLY AND EXPLICITLY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD
HARMLESS TEACHTIME FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM:
13.3.1 Failure to Obtain Parental Consent

for any student under 18 years of age before creating their account or
entering their personal information into the Service

Your collection, use, or disclosure of any minor's
personal information without proper parental consent

processing of children's data in the European Union

Any violation of CCPA provisions regarding minors'

All fines, penalties, and sanctions imposed on TeachTime by regulatory
authorities

All attorney fees, legal costs, and settlement amounts

All damages awarded to parents, guardians, or children

All costs of regulatory investigations, compliance audits, and
corrective actions

All reputational harm and business losses suffered by TeachTime
-
All costs of notifying affected parties and providing credit
monitoring or other remediation

All costs of implementing technical or organizational measures to
prevent future violations
This indemnification obligation applies regardless of whether TeachTime
knew or should have known of your violations.
13.4 Defense and Settlement
TeachTime reserves the right to:

Assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to

- Railway hosting availability

TeachTime is a management tool, NOT an educational service.
